You can create a home ads or a subscription at Rent House. Under the relevant categories and areas, you agree to refrain from doing the following:

• Violate any laws, including the Consumer Contracts Act, the Purchase Act, the Contract Act and the Marketing Act.
• Violate these Terms or our Advertising Rules.
• Be untrue or misleading
• Violate third party rights, for example, by offering to sell counterfeit goods or otherwise infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Distribute or include spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes.
• Spread viruses or use other technologies that may harm Rentola or users of Rent House’s interests or property.
• Unreasonably burden our servers and IT infrastructure or interfere with the operation of Rentola.
• Copy, modify, or distribute other people's Content.
• Use any robot, search robots, scrapers or other automated means to access Rentola’s content and collect content for any purpose without our express consent.
• Compile or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
• Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to our services.

You agree that violation of the above will result in immediate removal of your ad, profile on Rent House.
